Now that the NCAA Christmas Break is behind us and the World Junior Championships were canceled, NCAA teams have resumed action.  Carter Mazur continues to lead Detroit Red Wings prospects in scoring in the NCAA.  Not far behind is sophomore forward Robert Mastrosimone.

Prospect Focus: Robert Mastrosimone (Boston University)

This year, Mastrosimone has scored six goals and 15 points in 20 games.  In three years at Boston, Mastrosimone has scored 16 goals, 24 assists, and 40 points in 69 games.  Mastrosimone will likely play out his NCAA eligibility next year then sign an entry-level contract with Detroit after he graduates in 2023.

Here is a look at the remaining Detroit prospects that are currently playing in the NCAA.
