Lucas Raymond was the 4th overall selection in the 2020 draft. Raymond recently signed his entry-level contract with Detroit and will make his North American debut next season. Besides playing in the SHL last year, Raymond played five games for Sweden at the World Junior Championships, scoring five points. Look for Raymond to play in Grand Rapids to start the season and should move up to Detroit by the trade deadline.
