The Detroit Red Wings new Adidas jerseys were revealed on Tuesday night along with the other 30 National Hockey League teams.

The switch has been officially made from Reebok to Adidas. Every team in the NHL will have brand new jerseys for the upcoming 2017-18 season.

Here’s a look at the Red Wings new home jersey. Away jerseys will be released separately by each team.

As one can see, there really isn’t any difference in what we’ve seen over the past few seasons. A couple of teams received a little bit of a change but nothing completely drastic was done to a majority of the jerseys.

The Minnesota Wild were one of the winners for best jersey update. Additionally, the Carolina Hurricanes have a nice look as well.

The Las Vegas Golden Knights got to look at their new jerseys as they prepare for their first season in the NHL.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues leaked their jerseys before the release which was done at 10:00 p.m. (ET) by the league. However, other teams did not follow suit as they remained the only two to do so.

This new deal with Adidas will span seven years. At the 2016 World Cup of Hockey, Adidas designed all of the jerseys for the respective teams.

What did you think about the new jerseys? Love them? Hate them? Let us know in the comments section below and include which other NHL team’s jerseys you liked as well.
