Why it will happen: Goose was second on the team in goals and points (behind Tatar) last season, and there’s no reason to expect his numbers to drop. He has proven his reliability in the regular season, and for the Red Wings to be successful this year he will need to continue that lead role. Plus, we all know he can put the team on his back when he wants to.
