Lawson Crouse is a winger who doesn’t mind a fight or two and scored 29 goals and 22 points in 56 games with the Kingston Frontenacs in the OHL. Great pick for the Panthers.

A surprise pick by the Stars. Gurianov was predicted to go 28th.The Stars didn’t go with the media hype they went with what they thought and what they needed.

The day after the Bruins lost Carl Soderberg to the Colorado Avalanche in a pre-draft signing in which they recieved a 6th round pick, The Boston Bruins traded defenseman, Dougie Hamilton to the Calgary Flames for the 15th, 45th,and 52nd pick. Then Bruins traded Milan Lucic to the LA Kings for backup goalie, Martin Jones, prospect defenseman, Colin Miller and the 13th pick. In the end the Bruins definitely screwed up their first round.
