Martin Frk and Frans Nielsen led the Detroit Red Wings to victory on Saturday night as the home side earned their first win of the preseason.

It was a great performance from the Red Wings at Little Caesars Arena as they put five goals past the Boston Bruins. Frk and Nielsen each had three points in the win. Dylan Larkin, Darren Helm, and Anthony Mantha also found themselves picking up points. Get the full game recap here.

Tyler Bertuzzi Out With Wrist Injury

There was some bad news on Saturday as forward Tyler Bertuzzi was ruled out for three to four weeks with inflammation in his wrist tendon. MLive.com has the full story here.

Bertuzzi was the Calder Cup MVP and is one of the players that is competing for a spot on the Red Wings roster.

PA Parenteau Looking to Remain
