On January 4th against the Dallas Stars, Tomas Tatar pulled off a move that  fans have only seen Pavel Datsyuk make on the ice and it just might be his goal of the year.

Tatar was busting up the ice with the puck as was ready to split the defense, when he saw Brenden Dillon make a move to lay a big hit on him. Tatar deftly maneuvered around him and Dillion ended up crashing into a teammate, which left Tatar all alone on a breakaway.

Tyler Seguin came close to getting back on Tatar, but not before he was able to slip the puck past Kari Lehtonen.

This goal does not rival Pavel Datsyuk’s goal last season against the Nashville Predators, but it could just be the Wings’ highlight goal of this season.

How would you rank Tomas Tatars’s goal?
