The Detroit Red Wings were already without Pavel Datsyuk, who has yet to practice since his injury, and now they have lost their other star player in Henrik Zetterberg for at least two weeks.

Losing Henrik Zetterberg is a big blow to the Red Wings and it could not have come at a worse time for the Red Wings.

In 28 games, Zetterberg has produced 19 assists, 11 goals, and 30 points for the Red Wings, while leading the team in shots on net with 99.

Zetterberg does more for the Wings than just put up points; he is their captain and plays in all situations on the ice in order to help the team win games.

Without Zetterberg and Datsyuk to center the top line, it will be up to Darren Helm, Johan Franzen, or Stephen Weiss to step up and take on the responsibility.

It is next man up for the Wings and there will be more pressure on the rest of the team to cover the loss and put up points, injuries are not an excuse for Mike Babcock.

The Red Wings have been playing very well without Datsyuk and will be looking to continue that streak even without Zetterberg.

We will see if they are able to do that on Tomorrow, Wednesday, against the Philadelphia Flyers.
