Single game tickets go on sale Saturday at Joe Louis Arena, but tickets are not the only reason that you should head on down to The Joe on Saturday.
The Red Wings are lowering the 1997 Stanley Cup banner from the rafters and allowing fans to get their picture with it.
The Detroit Red Wings released the schedule for Saturday.
7 a.m. – Guest relations will hand out numbered wristbands to fans in line
8 a.m. – the Olympia Club opens to guests.
Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, water and donut holes are available.
The ’97 Stanley Cup Banner will be available for photo ops and the Volunteer Energy Red Patrol will be present hosting trivia and other games.
10 a.m. – Joe Louis Arena Box Office opens. Guests will be escorted to the box office in groups of 20 by wristband number. Guests will be allowed to purchase tickets in the order wristbands were distributed; meaning wristband number 1 goes first.
So head on down to the Joe on Saturday and pick up some Detroit Red Wings’ tickets and a picture with the 1997 Stanley Cup Banner.
