NHL Playoffs 2013: Top 25 Experts' Picks For Wings Vs. Ducks

It’s playoff time and that means one thing: predictions. So, in an eye-pleasing table format I slaved away just for you and compiled a list of the top 25 expert picks for the Wings vs. Ducks series.  As far as expert predictions go, I would describe the group I have assembled as the crème de la crème.

Also, please note that I have tried to go with the most respected non-biased hockey sources. That is to say that any predictions from individuals with an obvious tie to either the Detroit or Anaheim organizations have been omitted in the interest of objectivity (a principle we at Octopus Thrower whole-heartedly endorse).

Therefore, it’s with much trepidation that I must inform you that the prediction from the esteemed Mr. Ansar Kahn has been excluded.

However, in more uplifting news Barry Melrose’s pick is included… and I predict you’re gonna like it.

So, there you have it folks. The top 25 expert panel scores the series 13-12 in favor of the Anaheim Ducks.  For the record the last week of the regular season has me singing a different tune and I believe the Wings will take this series in 6 closely contested games.

Oh, and Ansar says Wings in 6 too.
