The Detroit Red Wings posted a video last night on their official YouTube page (I found it via their Facebook page) where they decided to check in with the hard-hitting-blueline-patrolling Swede we all know and love Niklas Kronwall:
The one whom made “Kronwalled” a word will become a UFA this summer if he and General Manager Ken Holland do not come to an agreement. Currently the triple gold member is making $3.75 million for this coming season (the same as Brad Stuart whom will also be a UFA this summer).
Kronwall has played in 385 NHL games and scored 181 points – 34 of which were goals. He has racked up 260 penalty minutes and 199 hits all while achieving a +/- 53 rating.
