Today, Marks the 15 year anniversary of the day when Chris Osgood became only the 3rd NHL goalie in history to score a goal. On March 6th, 1996, while playing against the Hartford Whalers, Osgood flung the puck up over the rushing Whalers, and it slid gently into the empty net on the other end of the ice.
11 goals have been scored by a goaltender in NHL history. Of those 11 goals scored, only 6 were actually scored by the goaltender. The other 5 were the result of the opposing goaltender being the last person with possession before being blundered into the other net.

So, Congratulations Osgood, I know it was 15 years ago, but, it still amazes me to watch that video.
